I have been using the services of the VPS of this company for a long time _www.atlantic.net. Payment by the hour(how long I was in work) at the end of the term (I have the 18th number). The money is debited from the Visa online card. Small ping to all major suppliers, There is a New York and London location. The server is installed within a couple of minutes, the support responds quickly(once used and then the question is not of a technical nature) I recommend
