I have brokers from the list recommended by Jared. Tikmil, Fusion Markets and FBS. Here on the forum, many have opened accounts with them and, as far as I can see, they are satisfied with these brokers. I have no complaints about these brokers either.

Following tips from fellow members, I bought the MT5 Opti 1.9 Edition of the EA but encounter difficulties setting it up for profitability. I am having small losses even after a couple of weeks using the default scalping mode on TickMill-Seychelles 1:500 Zero Spread and FusionMarkets 1:500 Zero Spread terminals.

Without the benefit of a template, I opened 6 charts for the 6 pairs, loaded the indicator onto each pair and then the EA. I'd hope I have done all that's needed or did I miss out some/any important step(s)?



I intend to switch to TickMill-UK 1:30 Hedging Mode but the Resource section only provided settings for the Hedging mode on Professional Edition, does anyone know where to obtain the Hedging settings for the Opti Edition?

I hope so, but unfortunately like me in Malaysia cannot open under UK entities, when we register all will be auto assign to under Seychelles entities, so what can we do ?

Tickmill London is much better, tested on my own experience, on the server Tickmill Seychelles, the performance is less stable, that's a fact.

I have the same issue, running Opt 1.9 version with Scalping mode.
Tickmill Uk Pro account 1:30 the latency with VPS and broker is 1.3ms connection and ~200ms with 2.5 to 5 pips slippage,
Since I started last week I have lost 14% of my initial balance.
I guess is due to slippage, but I have contacted the broker support and they tell me is absolutely normal to have this execution time/ slippage.

Thanks Carlos, I'm just approved on TickMill-UK Pro 1:30, do you have any tips setting up the EA on MT5 Opti Hedging due to the lower leverage 1:30? Is the MT5 Pro Hedging settings applicable for me? I cannot find the MT5 Opti Hedging settings anywhere.

Alternatively, I did these steps:
1) Copy the entire MT5 folder contents from the zipped-up "MT5 Opti 1.9" onto the MT5 folder of TickMill MT5 terminal folder on the VPS
2) Load up the Panel indicator onto a fresh chart H1 eg. EURUSD
3) Load up the MT5 EA, enter the license key + license secret, select mode_scalping_hedge and leave all other parameters as-is
4) Repeat steps 2 to steps 3 for the remaining 5 pairs

Please correct me if I am wrong because I am only breaking-even using the above method of setup.

I took a different route to set up the EA by taking the MT5 Pro_Hedge.set file on this forum and applied it on my MT5 Opti terminal. I started off with USD1,000 just now and lost USD25, I will continue with this setup and see how it goes:

I think one of the problems that may be occurring with the 1/30 leverage is that if you do not adjust the maximum risk percentage per trade to 0. 4% per thousand dollars, you may be closing trades by exceeding the maximum leverage, if the bot opens 3 or more trades at the same time in different pairs exceeding this threshold, I think it is something to keep in mind, if left in the aggressive template with 2% ie if two simultaneous positions are opened the leverage is exceeded and would block the possibility of opening other operations if it were the case, I will look at it more closely.
I am testing the aggressive template and risk at 0.4% or 0.5% per pair with $1000.
if you open all 6 pairs at the same time the maximum lot size of all can not exceed 0.30 lots for 1000 dollars, 0.60 for 2000 and etc.
yesterday I made 7 trades, 5 winners and 2 losers with these parameters

Thank you for your assuring words. I shall leave the Pro_Hedge settings on my TickMill-UK 1:30 MT5 Opti Hedging setup and patiently wait for the results.

Meanwhile, I see Jared and team are testing version 2.1 of the EA on the other side of the forum. Let's hope all this will work out even better for this forex enclave.
