I withdrew the day before yesterday from the account $ 420 to via VISA, in the end only $ 100 came, why did not the rest of the funds come?
If you started this amount from different cards, then it will come equally to different cards. But if you started 100, and 300 profit, then you can not withdraw more than the established one to the card.

Ask the support team. They respond quickly. The money can go 5-7 banking days.

All these stages have long been passed, the support says that the money was sent, the bank says that nothing came.

Who knows, this only applies to cards-how much you have, how much you can withdraw there, or is it with all the payment systems they have?

It is better not to use Sber for working with brokers and any other international companies.
If the funds were started through the EPS only, specifically webmoney. How then is it better to output?
I won't be able to withdraw more than the webmoney entered into this wallet, will I? ADVCASH?

Good time of day.
Guys, who is trading gold with this broker? 2-2. 5 seconds of opening an order is this a normal phenomenon with them? The site says an average of 0.20 seconds. opening a deal, but I have everything from 2 sec. and more

Live01 server, gold opens for less than a second, but more than 0.2 seconds.
Thank you for the information, I have a server 03 already unsubscribed in support, because it is not a normal opening and I lose a lot on slipping

You are a very happy person!
I never learned how to lose a lot on a one-second slip...
And you just opened my eyes: it's all about that one second - and it's important to name the slip correctly!
I will learn to enter a second earlier...

In general, there is a plugin on the account, I open a deal and you can still look at the sides until it opens. In 2.5 seconds, the slippage is good and 90% in favor of the broker. Also, I now put the plugin on closing, yesterday it was up to 1 second, and now 1.5-2 seconds. In support of the froze.

Still not solved, no response from support. 2.5 seconds is the average time to open a trade. And this is a lot of 0.01, and what will be on 1 lot, 10 seconds somewhere?
