INSTALLING AN EXPERT ADVISOR ON A TRADING ACCOUNT

Hi,

Due to regular updates of the algorithm, the old version of the installation guide has lost its relevance.
Therefore, I decided to create a new topic in order to tell you how to perform the installation
ELM EA.

The installation and configuration process, takes no more than 5 minutes if you already have everything ready.

In order to set up the algorithm, we will need:

1. VPS server (What is a VPS and what is it for?)
2. Downloaded archive with the Expert Advisor. (Download the demo here. Download the licence here).
3. Open an account with any broker. (Algorithm, there is no link to a broker, but we do provide a list of recommended brokers for trading.)


I will do a setup using the ELM PRO MT5 version as an example. The license for the Professional version includes a trading robot for MT4 and for MT5. In case you are using Optimum, you have to choose which trading platform you are interested in, MT4 or MT5. View the version comparison table.

You just need to download the update and do exactly the same steps as when you install and configure it the first time.
Adding new currencies does not affect the general settings and the work of the algorithm in general. Continue to use the default settings.
