Good VPS service, I have been working with them for about 5 years, there are no big complaints. The mat has been completely updated. base and VPS at reasonable prices from 10 euros.
Currently, the servers are located in IRELAND, SLIGO, SLIGO, Latitude, Longitude 54.26969, -8.46943 (54°16'11"S -8°28' 10 " E), which provides an acceptable ping for Europe. >:d

Half a year you can work on an inactive Windows! :), you can choose a different OS and so, other providers will charge you more for the license.

Before the first shukher it is possible (and in Western Europe with this strictly), such "licensing" was observed only in a few hosters in Ukraine.
Do not confuse the non-activated Windows for personal purposes and the same for the sale of hosting services.

What is more profitable - 10 (or how much now) dollars/month for a license or at one point a server with expert Advisors and open positions is cut down.
