I prefer to work with a VPS server in London from Chokoping, so I can't tell you anything about this. You better clarify this in technical support. There were no problems with the withdrawal of money.
If you also work with ELM_EA like me, I think you should know that the leverage size is not an issue when working with this algorithm. You can work with anything, and as for my own experience, I have never chosen a leverage of more than 1:500.
